Leandro Trossard to Besiktas is moving closer to completion after the Turkish giants reached an agreement with Arsenal over a reported €20 million transfer package for the Belgian forward.
The deal now depends on Trossard approving the personal terms as Besiktas look to add Premier League experience and attacking quality to their squad ahead of the new season.
Reports indicate that Besiktas have presented Trossard with a long-term contract running until 2029, with the option to extend it by an additional year. Discussions between the player’s representatives and the club are said to be progressing positively.

Arsenal are understood to have accepted the proposed financial package, paving the way for the 30-year-old attacker to leave North London if he agrees to the switch.
Trossard has been a valuable member of Arsenal’s squad since joining from Brighton & Hove Albion, contributing important goals, assists and versatility across the front line. However, increased competition for attacking places could open the door for a fresh challenge in Turkey.

Besiktas are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of the new campaign and view Trossard as one of their marquee transfer targets. The club hopes to wrap up the deal quickly once the player gives his final decision.
Should the transfer be completed, Trossard would become one of Besiktas’ biggest signings of the summer, adding Premier League quality and European experience to the Turkish side.
