Adam Mulwana announced he was dead. Singer Adam Mulwana has been pronounced dead at a hospital in Seguku this morning. News indicates that the singer is no more and has finally lost the battle against an illness he has been suffering from for so long.

However, it should be noted that the singer has been battling a stomach illness that was allegedly caused by poisoning. Additionally, it’s not clear how he got poisoned, but some sources state that his wife, a white woman, is the one who poisoned him.

The singer has been sick and on the bed for quite a while. And almost 2 years. He struggled a lot to raise money for hospital bills and reached a point where he could no longer afford it and found it hard to rely on help from friends and family.

Furthermore, the singer cried out to opposition political figures such as Dr. Kiiza Besigye but received little help. In fact, it was the Speaker of Parliament, Hon. Anita Among, who gave him Rs 10 million to treat himself. Unfortunately, he has lost the war.

Adam Mulwana came into the limelight in 2015 after his Toka Kwabalabala Besigye Ameyingiya song became a campaign hit. The FDC president used it as his theme song in the presidential elections. Which he eventually lost to the incumbent, President Museveni. However, it was a hit, and it surpassed just being a political song with a mainstream song.

In conclusion, he was a strong opposition supporter, but by the time of his death, his stance might have changed. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
