On Sunday, the Brazilian forward Savinho opened the scoring for Manchester City against Leicester, marking his first goal in the Citizens’ outfit.
However, Savinho made no mistake in front of goal as he took advantage of the rebound from Foden, who had fired from long range, to open the scoring goal.
Since his departure from Feeder Club Troyes, Savinho had gone goalless ever since the season began, and this was his first goal for the citizens.

Additionally, it has taken four months for Savinho to please Pep Guardiola after showing poor performance at the start of the season.
After scoring a goal for the citizens, he celebrated by tucking the ball under the shirt, a sign that implies that he is expecting a baby soon from his wife.
