Police in the Kiira region have arrested a 45-year-old man, Emmanuel Okori, for allegedly defiling a 4-year-old girl. Okori is a guard with the Madhivani Group.
Okori was, however, arrested following a tipoff from 70-year-old Neko Auma, a resident in the area, who heard the victim crying for help.
However, it is reported that Okori, a resident of Nairo cell in Kakira town council in Jinja district, lured the juvenile to his room after buying her a chapati on Tuesday.

Furthermore, the girl is currently undergoing medical tests at Kakira Health Center IV. The girl’s mother, whose name has been withheld, says that she left the child under the care of her eight-year-old brother and had gone to purchase food from Kakira Market.
Kiira Regional Police spokesperson, James Mubi, says that Okori attempted to bribe Auma with Shs 5,000 to stop her from alerting residents about the incident.
In conclusion, here at uncoveredug.com, we condemn such acts done to young girls by elder men. The police should take serious punishment against Emmanuel Okori, the rapist 😭😭.😭😭.
