In a recent interview with content creator Darryl, the Grammy-nominated artist shared his desire to explore new creative avenues beyond music.
Despite being renowned for his musical success, Davido expressed that if he were not a singer, he would still be involved in the entertainment industry.

Furthermore, he would focus more on behind-the-scenes roles, drawing from his background in business marketing.
Confident in his acting skills, Davido noted, “I can also act. I can act for real,” referencing his appearances in music videos like “Jowo” and “Nwa Baby” as proof of his acting experience.
Davido plans to invest in several film projects this year, working with director Dammy Twitch on an upcoming series.
He also highlighted the financial struggles facing the African film industry, stating, “The film space right now in Africa is going bankrupt. So, we are definitely going to tap into that.”
