Miles Rwamiti Aims To Unseat Joel Ssenyonyi In Nakawa West

Media personality Miles Rwamiti has officially expressed his interest in unseating the MP of Nakawa West, Hon. Joel Ssenyonyi. Speaking to a local TV station, Rwamiti said that it’s official, and he believes that he’s the perfect fit for the job.

He has already done the posters expressing his interest in giving Ssenyonyi a run for his money. The former Bukedde TV presenter said that he wouldn’t come to any party. This is because all he cares about is service delivery, not dividing people.

He believes that when politics enter into leadership, then nothing can be done to benefit the people. However, he won’t find it easy to unseat the current MP, who is also the leader of the opposition and speaker of the NUP.

Additionally, Rwamiti said that Kampala has a lot of things that need to be fixed, such as roads. And without a flinch of a doubt, he believes he is the man. He further said that he has lived all his life in Nakawa. He got married and had kids while living in Nakawa.

Rwamiti told Uncoveredug that “it’s no secret that I’m interested in running for the Nakawa West parliamentary seat. I believe I’m the right man for the job because I have lived there my entire life. I married and got kids from there, so basically, I’m one of the people. Besides, the area has a lot of problems, such as poor roads, that need to be fixed. I won’t be coming under any party because all I care about is service delivery.”.

In conclusion, Rwamiti knows each and every detail needed to fix the constituent. On top of that, most of the opposition MPs who should be at the forefront of fighting corruption have proved to be the most corrupt, according to him.
