Makerere University Private Sponsorship list for 2024/2025

News reaching our platform say that the Office of the Academic Registrar at Makerere University has published the undergraduate admission lists for privately sponsored students for the 2024–2025 academic year.

According to a document shared on the university’s website, 205 students have been admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Accounting program.

However, the Bachelor of Business Administration evening program has accepted 11 students, while the Bachelor of Journalism and Communication program will see 31 new entrants.

Furthermore, only two students have been admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiography and five to the Bachelor of Optometry.

For the Bachelor of Laws, the afternoon program has admitted 75 students and the day program has admitted 85. The Veterinary Medicine program has accepted 20 students. Meanwhile, 18 students will study Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Makerere University’s Arua unit under the evening program. The Bachelor of Pharmacy will welcome 24 new students.

In conclusion, it should be noted that the university previously released the admission lists for government-sponsored students for the 2024–2025 academic year.
