Uganda’s media and entertainment industry is mourning after Sanyuka TV producer Badru tragically died in a road crash, while renowned presenter Brian Macona was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
The accident involving Sanyuka TV journalists has left colleagues, fans, and entertainers across the country in shock as tributes continue to pour in for the late producer.

According to reports, Badru and Macona were returning from the highly publicised celebrity boxing match between TikToker Chicken Chicken and comedian Shawa, which was held at Supremacy Lounge in Nakulabye, when the crash occurred.
