It’s official. Riccardo Calafiori has become Arsenal’s new summer signing for the 2024–25 season. The 22-year-old is well-liked by Spanish coach Mikel Arteta, who has struggled to secure his services.

Riccardo Calafiori is already part of Mikel Arteta’s squad for the 2024–25 campaign. The Italian center-back will try his luck in the Premier League after a brief spell with Serie A side Bologna.

The Gunners’ race for his permanent transfer has not been easy, as negotiations between Bologna and the English club stalled a couple of times due to disagreements. However, both sides have finally managed to reach an agreement.
