Lamine Yamal becomes UNICEF ambassador
Lamine Yamal announced that he has become a UNICEF ambassador in an altruistic way. The footballer took advantage of International Children’s Rights Day to, through the reading of a letter to his little brother Keyne, explain the fundamental rights of each and every child in the world.
Barcelona striker Lamine Yamal posted a video on Wednesday in collaboration with UNICEF on his personal profile on the social network Instagram to give visibility to International Children’s Rights Day.
The Spanish international appears alongside his younger brother Keyne, to whom he reads a letter that is also addressed “to all the children of the world.” The winger explains that “all children have special rights that protect them and help them grow up happy and healthy,” and that these are contained in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
