Don Nasser Is Innocent And He Will Be Released Soon
The lawyer of troubled and faded socialite Nasser Nduhukire, aka Don Nasser, has revealed that his client is innocent and he will soon be released. He gave an example of the trending case between a lady who claims that her daughter was severally raped by a one Hajji who was once her husband.
As per now, the lady who once had everyone sympathising with her now seems to be contradicting herself and retracting some of her statements. Almost everyone is now exonerating the Hajji for committing the crime.
And according to Nasser’s lawyer, this is the same way his case will pan out. He is innocent, although the prosecution is dragging on the case, claiming to be looking for evidence. This lawyer went ahead to say that the case hasn’t yet been forwarded to the High Court.

“Did you all see how Hajjati Nusura’s case is turning out to be? The Hajji is innocent and was falsely accused. This is the same case with Don Nasser. He is clear of all the charges that are trumped up, and very soon he will be released,” the lawyer said.
Apparently, the socialite appeared in court together with his co-accused yesterday. They were remanded to prison until the 6th of November. The magistrate, however, told him that he could apply to the High Court for bail.
For the first time, his and his co-accused, Promise Ateete, have had their charges read out to them. They include defilement, sex trafficking, kidnapping, and sex racketeering. For the entirety of this crime, Nasser, a self-proclaimed businessman, has maintained his innocence, saying that he is being targeted.
