Federico Valverde and Kylian Mbappe propelled Real Madrid to a 2-0 victory over Atalanta at the Warsaw National Stadium on Wednesday, securing Los Blancos their sixth title in the competition.

The match, eagerly anticipated due to Mbappe’s debut, lived up to its billing as the Spanish giants showcased their resilience and tactical prowess against a determined Atalanta side.

The first half was a tense affair, with Real Madrid dominating possession and creating several chances, yet unable to find the back of the net. Atalanta, known for their defensive solidity, managed to frustrate the Madrid attack, keeping the game goalless going into halftime.
