Police have finally arrested a notorious Kampala City robber, commonly known as King, after a long and extended search.
According to a statement issued by ASP Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Police Spokesperson, Kampala Metropolitan, today, September 25, 2024, Makumbi Ronald, also known as King, was successfully apprehended based on a tip-off regarding his location.
Owoyesigyire says that after getting the tip-off, police swung into action and effected the arrest, finding the suspect in possession of a bionet and marijuana.

Furthermore, he says that “King” has been involved in a series of robberies and muggings in the Nansana policing area.
These thieve have been disturbing Ugandans with their lives, property hence leading to loss lives and property, the work done bybthe Ugandan police is good bse they are protecting people and their properties
“He will undergo further interrogation and be arraigned in court for prosecution,” says Owoyesigyire.
