NRG Radio Terminates Etania Mutoni’s Working Contract
NRG Radio Uganda has reportedly terminated renowned socialite and media personality Etania Mutoni’s working contract over indiscipline.
However, at the start of last year, Etania, real name Edith Ndagire, joined NRG Radio Uganda, supplementing her TV career. Etania Mutoni’s journey at NRG Radio was a successful one until she veered off the company’s policies and regulations.
Based on the press statement dated July 1, 2024, NRG terminated Etania Mutoni’s working contract, and she will be entitled to her salary up until July 3rd.

As discussed, dignity and mutual respect are core uncomprisable values at NRG. After our conversation, we think that the best way forward for all parties involved is to terminate your services with NRG.
This is the final decision as part of the company’s disciplinary process after the end of your performance improvement plan. You are entitled to your salary up until July 3rd. Please return all company property, including IDs and laptops, to the Human Resources office on the same date. Human Resources will give you a detailed letter with your full compensation details.
Please keep in mind that you signed a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement, and as such, you are prohibited from working with competition for a year or revealing business information to any other parties during the process.

In conclusion, the femcee and DJ have been notified to return all company property, including IDs and laptops, to the Human Resources office on the aforementioned date.
