A suspected motorcycle thief known as ‘Tom’ a resident of Kissiha village has been killed and his body being burnt to ashes.
The incident occurred on Monday 5th at 1pm in Musaijamukuru parish, Buhimba Sub-county
We have been told that Tom stole a Bajaj motorcycle from one of the Boda boda riders in Kitikara town council, Kakumiro district and rode it towards Buhimba town council

Police were yet to release any statement about the matter and the body of the deceased was picked up and taken to Hoima Regional Referral Hospital mortuary for a postmortem examination
Tom should act as an example to those who still practice stealing in other areas.
We were told that he was warned by residents several times by advising him to stop stealing but he couldn’t listen
His failure to listen has ended his life in to being burnt by the village people.
One of the residents known as Peter told us that “We know him as a notorious thief and he has made many residents of the area lose their property due to his habits, together with his 3 brothers who were also lynched by residents some years ago”.
We ended by advising young youth to work hard and avoid free things in their lives.
