The Queen of Buganda Kingdom, Nnabagereka has come out to tell the people of Buganda the secret of having twins with the king of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II. The secret has come after twelve years.
The twins are known as Jade Catherine Nakato and Babirye Jesmine Rebecca who were born in December 2010.
