Ntwentwe—A traditional healer based in Ntwentwe, Ssalongo Muzanganda, is drawing increasing attention from residents and clients who say his cultural and spiritual consultations have helped them address various life challenges.
According to the healer and some of his supporters, Ssalongo Muzanganda has over time built a reputation for offering traditional services aimed at solving personal, family, and financial problems. Community members say people from different parts of Uganda and even outside the country reportedly contact him seeking guidance.
Among the services he advertises is assistance aimed at restoring male sexual strength (Amaanyi g’obusajja—manpower) for men experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
He also claims to assist couples struggling to have children (Oluzaalo) by offering traditional consultations intended to support families facing infertility challenges.
In matters concerning family stability, Ssalongo Muzanganda says he provides guidance aimed at helping couples experiencing marital misunderstandings (Obufumbo—Marriage) with the goal of restoring peace and unity in their homes.
The healer also says he offers consultations for people seeking employment opportunities (Emirimu – Jobs) and claims his traditional practices help open doors for those searching for work.

In addition, he advertises services aimed at improving financial fortunes (Omukisa gwa ssente), saying his consultations can help individuals attract opportunities related to wealth and business.
Small-scale traders and entrepreneurs are also among those who reportedly visit him seeking help to boost their businesses and increase sales (By’otunda binganye).
Ssalongo Muzanganda further says he offers cultural guidance to families with relatives in prison (Omuntu wo nga ali mu kkomera) and also deals with certain cultural and spiritual disturbances believed to affect individuals, including mental conditions linked to traditional beliefs (Omulalu eyagala oterera—ebizibu by’ennono).
He also provides consultations to individuals who want to know whether certain opportunities or situations may bring blessings or misfortune (Okumanya oba kintu kya mukisa oba kya kwambulira).
Supporters say his services are not only sought locally but also internationally.
Bukenya Brain, who says he is familiar with the healer’s work, claimed that people from different countries have contacted Ssalongo Muzanganda after hearing testimonies from former clients.
“I have seen many people benefit from his work. Some of his clients even come from outside Uganda, including countries like the United States, Canada, and Turkey. His services really work, and that is why people continue to contact him,” Bukenya said.
According to Bukenya, word-of-mouth recommendations from those who claim to have benefited from the healer’s services have contributed to his growing popularity both locally and internationally.
Ssalongo Muzanganda says his work is based on traditional knowledge passed down through generations and that he remains committed to helping people overcome challenges affecting their lives.
