After a brief suspension on January 23, 2025, King Saha’s highly anticipated concert has been cleared to proceed today, January 24, 2025, at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
The concert, organised by Galabuzi Denis Benon under Umoja Management LTD, had been temporarily halted by Uganda Police over concerns regarding safety and security measures.
This morning, the Uganda Police Force released a statement confirming the go-ahead for the event after a critical meeting with a joint security team, event organisers, and venue managers.

The meeting addressed the earlier safety concerns, and an agreement was reached to allow the show to continue under specific conditions.
One notable condition is the restriction on using the venue’s pavilion, which was declared structurally unsafe for revellers. Organisers have been tasked with ensuring all attendees are directed to safer areas of the venue to guarantee a secure and enjoyable experience for all.
King Saha’s fans can now breathe a sigh of relief as the concert, expected to draw large crowds, will take place as planned. The artist and organisers have expressed gratitude to the authorities for working swiftly to resolve the concerns and ensure the event’s safety.
