Hon. Thomas Tayebwa, the deputy Speaker of Parliament of Uganda, has come out to address allegations of sleeping with Sheilah Gashumba.
However, this rumour was started and spread by blogger/TikToker Senga Acid. She claimed that the speaker and Sheilah Gashumba have been sleeping together. On top of that, they have been doing it raw. She even asserted that it was Hon. Tayebwa who bought for Sheilah her prized Range Rover Vogue.
The speaker dispelled these rumours in a recent plenary session. He said that he was shocked when these rumours started spilling around, and he’s had to deal with them for the last couple of days.

He said that the video was first sent to him by his wife. Tayebwa wondered where this rumour came from because he had never met or talked to Sheilah in his entire life.
He doesn’t even have her number. Apparently, another MP was recently added to this list, and Tayebwa had to text them about the matter.
