In a surprising turn of events, Pastor Ogoba Peter of Galilee Christ Church in Soroti City West finds himself in hot water after being arrested for admitting ailing patients into his church premises. The pastor’s actions came to light when it was revealed that he had been offering assurances of healing for various medical conditions.

Following the arrest, authorities promptly closed down the church, and critically ill patients were transferred to Soroti Regional Referral Hospital for proper medical attention.
