Arsenal have completed the signing of England winger Noni Madueke from Chelsea for £48.5 million with a period of a five-year contract at the Emirates Stadium.
However, it’s remembered that the 23-year-old player was part of Chelsea’s squad for the Club World Cup in the United States but left before the final against Paris Saint-Germain to complete his move to the London club.
Madueke has signed a five-year contract with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, with the total cost of the deal likely to be in excess of £50 million plus variables.

Furthermore, since joining Chelsea in January 2023 from PSV Eindhoven for £30m, he has made 92 appearances and scored 20 goals, contributing to last season’s UEFA Conference League title.
Prior to his adventure in the Netherlands, Madueke came through the academies of Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur.
The England international attacker made his senior international debut in August 2024 and recently assisted Harry Kane in the win over Andorra in World Cup qualifying.
The transfer has drawn mixed reactions from Arsenal fans, with some disagreeing with a petition that surpassed 5,000 signatures under the slogan #NoToMadueke.
In conclusion, Madueke becomes the Gunners’ fourth signing this summer and the second from Chelsea, following the arrival of goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
