Geosteady and Maurice Kirya are set to hold their impending concerts on the same date before the end of this year.
We have yet to see Maurice Kirya and Gesoteady hold their concerts on the same date, assuming all goes according to plan.
There is a growing trend in Uganda’s music industry of musicians sharing concert dates, the most recent being Alien Skin and Pallaso, who respectively held Sitya Danger and Love Fest on the same date.
In February this year, Maurice Kirya revealed through his social media how he was planning to hold his concert at the Serena Hotel.
Dubbed Kirya Live Concert, the self-proclaimed King of Mwooyo set his concert dates for September 8, 2023.
We wish you all the best as you go out to support both musicians on September 8, 2023, at their respective concerts.
On the other hand, Geosteady will also be holding his concert, dubbed Geosteady Live in Concert, at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala on the same date.
We proved it that in Uganda holdingy a concert on the same date its possible. Alien Skin had a concert of Sitya Danger at Freedom City while Pallaso was at Cricket Oval.
This confusion among musicians is due to a lack of copyright law.
