As graduates from Kyambogo University prepare to receive their academic awards later this year, the office of the academic registrar has rolled out a full graduation program for the ceremony slated to take place starting December 6 at the university graduation grounds.
As has been for the past number of years, the graduation ceremony will run for three (3) days, 09.00 AM to 1:00 PM each day; starting with faculty of special needs/rehabilitation and school of management/entrepreneurship.

6th December 2023:

Faculty of Arts and Humanities
Faculty of Social Sciences
School of Vocational Studies

Faculty of Agriculture
8thDecember 2023:
Faculty of Education
Faculty of Science
School of Computing and Information Science
Faculty of Engineering
School of Built Environment
Graduation Clearance Procedure
Additionally, Prospective graduands are expected to clear their tuition balances (if any) and pay graduation fees, including:
Graduation fee: 100,000/=
Transcript fee: 30,000/=
Certificate fee: 30,000/=
Convocation fee: 10,000/=
Note: The deadline for students to clear for Graduation is Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
The institution further notes that the ceremony will be broadcast via Zoom and YouTube for students, family, and friends. A graduation clearance form has been provided online for prospective graduands and can be accessed via this link
