The opposition leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP) party, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine, has been shot in the leg in what appears to be an attempted assassination. This incident took place in Bulindo, where Wine was reportedly targeted by Uganda Police officers.
